NOTE: Your FSA will not automatically renew and you must enroll each year to participate. FSA plans contain a “Use It Or Lose It” provision, so please plan carefully! Current year funds must be used by March 15 the following year; receipts for reimbursement must be submitted by March 31. Should you leave the Company, benefits terminate on your last day of employment.
