Take action during this year’s Open Enrollment, the once-a-year opportunity to enroll in coverage, change plans, add/drop dependents, and drop coverage, outside of experiencing a qualifying life event.
Employees can log in to Workday from Monday, October 6 through Friday, October 24 to complete their benefits enrollment for the 2026 calendar year.
Remember, some benefits do not automatically renew and must be elected each year during Open Enrollment:

- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Legal Insurance
- Identity Theft Protection

What’s NEW for 2026
NEW Digital Benefits Guide
We’ve gone digital and redesigned our Benefits Guide. You will no longer receive a printed guide by mail. You may now access the annual Benefits Guide anytime from any device. The new digital guide is designed to help you better understand and get the MOST of the benefits available to you, as well as provide easy access to coverage and contact information at the click of a button.
NEW Vision Insurance
EyeMed will be our new vision carrier effective January 1, 2026. EyeMed offers an ENHANCED benefit with a LOWER weekly premium.
- When using EyeMed’s Plus Provider network, you receive an INCREASED ANNUAL ALLOWANCE towards frames or contact lenses of $200 (currently $150).
- You can use this benefit once every calendar year, which means NO MORE WAITING 12 months from your last eye exam or glasses/contact lens purchase to use the benefit again.
- If you are currently enrolled in the vision benefit, your existing enrollment will carry over to the new vendor for 2026, with no action required from you in Workday.
